Nikka’s Brand Manger, Tauland Hyka, joins us to walk the room through the distillery’s most-considered pours, matched course for course with our wagyu. An intimate format: One evening, limited seats, one continuous conversation between the flame and the glass. Wagyu explored across raw, cured, seared, grilled, and reinterpreted forms – paired with Nikka.
